 2002 Chardonnay Semillon
The nose of the wine is a combination of the peach, apple and apricot flavours of the Chardonnay underlined by the fresh straw characters of the Semillon. The wine was fermented with French Oak to round the palate. The mouth filling fruit flavour will suit spicy and Asian foods.

2003 Merlot Cabernet Sauvignon
The Merlot dominanates in this blend making it an easy drinking style to suit any meat dish. By the way it has just won a Bronze medal at the 2004 Australian Small Winemakers Show.

2003 Semillon

This wine shows a pale greenish-straw colour in the glass. Its fresh, herbal scent with a tart citric squirt of limejuice. Full and round flavours follow the nose, good clean limey fruit and a hint of earthy green olive. Versatile enough to go well with a wide range of poultry or seafood.

Mother in Law’s Tongue
This wine is not in keeping with the name. It is a Lambrussco style red wine. A good combination of shiraz, merlot and malbec with residual sugar. For those who like a cold sweet red to accompany almost any dish.

2004 Chardonnay
Semillon

This is an un-oaked fruit driven wine. A clean, crispy wine that exhibits the melon, peach characters of Chardonnay with underlying lemon, grassy characters of Semillon. Extended Lees contact gives the wine a creamy length to the palate.

The wine can be served with most seafood or white meat dishes. The flavours in the wine will not overpower the delicate flavours in the food.
